(ii) You may not charge money for the software or for use of the software.
(iii) You may not disassemble, decompile, or otherwise reverse engineer the software or any of its associated files.
(iv) The software is provided "as is", without any expressed or implied warranty. In no event will Glinkie Games Inc. be held liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from the use or missuse of the software.
(v) If any previous part of this agreement is not legal or can not be upheld in your jurisdiction, THIS part shall remain upheld, and you are forbidden to use this software for any purpose.
